Prestigious cars in the Qatar Motor Show 2011
The Qatar Motor Show is new but has already established itself as a world-class event in the automotive world. There are more than 36 brands officially participating to exhibit their latest creations: Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Bugatti, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Citroen, CMC, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lexus, Lincoln, Lotus, Maserati, Mercedes, Mini, Nissan, Peugeot, Porsche, Proton, Range Rover, Rolls Royce, Skoda, Toyota, Volkswagen, Volvo and ZX Auto. A roster of great names.
The event is organized by the Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) in collaboration with Q.media Events and GL Events under the patronage of HE Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar. Housed in the futuristic setting of Doha Exhibition Center, the first edition of the Qatar Motor Show promises to be a high-profile event in a country that represents one of the most important markets in the world in terms of sports and luxury cars. Great attention is expected to be given to super cars made in Italy with emphasis on the excellence of design.
The best in Italian automotive design will shine in the spotlight of the Qatar Motor Show. An area of the exhibition is dedicated to cars conceived, designed and built by Italian companies that represent excellence in car design Made in Italy: Autostudi, Bertone, Castagna, Fioravanti, Pininfarina, Prototipo Group, Salt, Spadaconcept, Touring Superleggera. Some highlights of the collective exhibition include the restyled C-Sport Autostudi, Bertone Pandion coupe, Tender2 by Castagna Milano, F100r open roadster by Fioravanti, Pininfarina Nido, RK Coupe by Salt, Spada TS Codatronca by Spadaconcept and Bentley Continental Flying Star by Touring Superleggera.
